Handy package of spoon blanks, each labeled with the type of wood. I am working on a cherry blank right now.

I used these for my first project. They were useful and gave a good foot in the door to wood carving. Great value, I ended up finishing in time for Christmas so they were perfect gifts. Definitely didn't like the Cherry though, it seemed hard to work with and kept chipping easily.

Great for starters. Soak them in water first to soften them

These are very small. I will use them for practice. But they will never be a functional spoon.

Got this together with the knife set!! Super good, but I shouldn't have started with cherry wood -- it's realy hard!! See my work in progress photo!
