its my first 3d pen , overall the pen seems good . but the manual mentioned some aspects which were not in this pen (not sure if there are extra features under the body sticker) . the customer service at the wol website was very prompt

The adapter burnt within 2 min. Now using a Mi Phone adapter. its working well now. 3D pen is of average to good quality.

Hi, the motor that feeds the filament stopped working. Can it be repaired? What is the warranty on the product?

The trick to use it is the "drawing /pause button"It works in 2 ways, long press and a click.Long press use :When extruding it in the z axis, keep the button pressed and release button when to stop. (it'll cool it and will make the line rigid.Click use:When working on the xy plane, press the button once, it'll keep on extruding till you press the button again.(It works great, though it smelled a bit like burning, but the product is GOOD)
