Q: Macks ear dryer vs. whisper ear dryer - which is better?

I’ve owned both and I like that Whisper is rechargeable. Mack’s uses AA batteries, it feels so old school. Also, Whisper is way smaller and the fan works better too. Whisper is definitely the best ear dryer on the market right now in my opinion.

Q: How often does the battery need charging?

Good question! Martin here, lead engineer at Whisper Ear Care. Our ear dyer uses a rechargeable 700mA lithium-ion battery. These are the same high-capacity batteries found in smartphones. I think you'll find the Whisper Ear Dryer to have excellent battery life. In our experience, someone who uses the ear dryer for a couple minutes each day can go a few days, perhaps a week or even more between charges. But to answer your question directly, it depends! How often and for how long your ear dryer is turned on greatly affects how frequently the device will need a recharge. But we have engineered the device to provide generous battery life, and I don't think you'll run into problems in this area.

Q: Can the loud beep be turned off or turned down? I like dry ears but hate how loud the sound is right in my ear!

This unit does not make any noise really, just hear the warm air blowing. My husband is very happy with it.
