Really good quality for the price. The base, one armrest and back are shipped separately (2 packages) and the seller notified me prior to which was a nice customer service gesture. Luckily they both showed up the same day. It was really easy to put together. I bought it for my mom who is 5' tall though so anyone taller may not find it long enough when in recline position but it's very comfy. She loves it.

This chair is comfortable and yet still seems well put together. Only time will tell, but it was easy to put together and comfortable to take a nap in. Massage is rather basic, but I wasn’t expecting shiatsu. Heat was nice when I had a chill. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good chair for a reasonable price.

First the material pilled and the massage units were very uncomfortable. I did receive a refund of $65 to buy a cushion and a cover. The only thing I did like was the heat, but thatdoesn't work anymore. I guess you get what you pay for.

I love this chair. Heat and massage atr great in these cold winter nights. I can even sleep on it and wake refreshed..

I like all the features of this chair. Good price, quality is far more than I thought it would be, big bang for your buck, very sturdy and diffiantly comfortable. The assembly is not difficult. Would buy again.

Such an amazing value for the price. Chair arrived in great condition and was easy to assemble. Power recliner works great. The only downfall is that my husband is 6'2" and his feet hang over. Is perfect for anyone 5'8" and under. Might be ordering another one soon!
