Caran Dache Metal tin with 40 Assorted Colours

These are lovely crayons. Not quite as soft as Sennelier, but they have their own benefits. The colours are lovely and one of the advantages is that when you blend, they don't seem to transfer onto the crayon quite as easily as they do with the softer oil pastels, making the white much easier to keep clean. I love my Sennelier, but I love these too in a different way. I haven't really put them to the test yet, but I imagine they would work beautifully together. It was a bargain for a decent quality 40 coloured set, and I'm very glad I purchased.

Excellent product. I use them for sketch book work and I overdye the colours which resist the dey really well.

My favourite for mixed media artwork. Variety of colours, good pigment, even when watered down, can create different textures, can be used with other paints and mediums.

I love my crayons once I finally received them but it was a hassle. The seller used Yodel to deliver who seemed unable to access the building, despite it having a buzzer entry system. Apparently no-one was in. (The building is an Arts complex of over 200 studios, and reception is manned between 8am-10pm 7 days per week. There's a constant stream of people in and out). That said, the seller was brilliant at helping to track the package. It was however, returned to Yodel's depot 3 times (a 50 mile round trip each time) so by the time I received the crayons, half of them were broken. I did eventually receive a replacement and only 4 of them were broken. Good product, good service from the seller. Yodel - you suck!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my wife,she already has a small selection so we can expect the same high quality with a greater choice of colours.

Crayons came all broken and keep breaking as I’m using them.

Usei e gostei . Só não gostei de ter comprado com a nova caixa vermelha e terem me mandado antiga . Comprei meus uns Inktense block da Derwent no AliExpress o vendedor se comunicou comigo que a caixa era diferente do anúncio e era a mais nova . Assim um vendedor bom faz , deveria ter me consultado e outra coisa vi que subiu no anúncio mais de 200 reais e deve ter sido por isso , só que deveria ter sido mais honesto e ter me contactado . Todos tem meu telefone

You cannot go wrong with this brand. The crayons are gorgeous, smooth, blend really well and just overall amazing for mixed media art. Love. Love. Love!

There is nothing that can compare with this, and I love them for colouring. They can also be sharpened for colouring smaller details, however, you can also combine this with the Posca Pencils for the details, and these Posca Pencils even work on top of them. Beautiful product and fun to work with.

Me ha gustado lo finas que son, sobre todo las Neocolor I. Las Neocolor II son mucho más pastosas, tipo ceras al aceite. Tienen muchísimo pigmento y se mezclan con mucha facilidad.
