Ideal for low sodium diets, with plenty of flavor even without the salt.
My spouse used to like lots of salt on his meat, vegetables, and sometimes even on melon (yes, it’s a thing). When his blood pressure soared, even after meds, he was told he’d need to follow a strict low sodium diet. So I got this multi-flavor pack and there is plenty of variety and the spices are surprisingly tasty. I’ve come to enjoy them too even though I have low blood pressure. He’s healthier now and his blood pressure is normal, although I’m sure the meds still play their part. They’re not super spicy either -at least not to our taste buds. Easy to use and store, perfect size, very pleased.

After having open heart surgery, sodium is a HUGE NO NO...these spices saved us and make our new meals enjoyable so we are able to eat healthy and no sodium!!!! Will be ordering again. Some flavors are not available in stores, so this kit was great
