I have been paddling since the 90’s and this is the 1st time I’ve used a CF paddle during a race. This paddle is just plain awesome, well constructed and very sturdy. Not too light nor heavy and well balanced. There are a lot of CF paddle out there and would cost you an arm and a leg. This CF paddle is well priced and not to mention it came with a free bag! This CF paddle will be seeing a lot of action in the years to come! Oh by the way, this CF paddle is also good for digging GOLD in the Division A Race! Thanks Z & J!

So much lighter than my wood paddle for sure. I bought this before my first dragon boat race, and it made a big difference in my paddling -- especially since I'm a newbie (less than a year paddling). I don't get tired much with this baby. I can focus on my technique instead of the weight of my paddle. It may not have the big brand name, but it's good quality. Does not look cheap. And doesn't cost $200 either. I think this is great for beginners who don't want to spend much money, but want a lightweight paddle. A great value.

Bought the 48' paddle for the 2016 Season and have had it for a couple of weeks. Compared it with paddles that other members of my club had bought and it holds up well against more expensive brands. The finish is smooth and the paddle looks very well made. I couldn't find any imperfections with it. It is extremely light and feels good while paddling. If you are looking for your first carbon fiber paddle, you won't go wrong with the Z&J paddle. You will definitely get your money's worth! Tried this paddle out for the first time last night and it was so much better than the wooden one I was using. Super lightweight and probably the best price you'll find for a new carbon fiber dragon boat paddle. Great for a newer dragon boat paddler like myself who is just getting into the sport.

Paddle is very lightweight and pretty god for the price.
