Best tasting bccaa I have tried, even better then xtend, but xtend has the slight edge in ingredients but amino build has coconut water in it.. Both are really good. Wow, best tasting bccaa, no lie. Used 250ml water as directed. Sipped on during workout. Loving nutrbolt & muscletech.

Great taste compared to some other supplements. Strong fruity taste with is very refreshing.Slightly on the more expensive side but the great taste makes up for this.Powder easily dissolved which gives the option to have in small volume of water if preferred (personally mix in to a full pint to maximise water intake/boost hydration)Noticed definite change in rate of muscle gain from the gym since I started using this, but still need to put the effort in/don’t expect this alone to build muscle
