Steelseries has no warranty in India, I don't need to tell how good this mouse is but if you run into scroll wheel issue, don't throw it. Its fixeable easily, just buy WD40 SPECIALIST CONTACT cleaner and spray it on the sides of scroll wheel so it seeps inside (only 1 second spray on each side) then scroll the wheel fast and then let it dry. Plug it and its fixed, the issue isn't with the scroll wheel rather the dust that gets collected. If you can go a step ahead buy mouse skates and just open it up clean it completely and apply new skates on it.

The mouse is great for the price! Will take some time to get used to since my old mouse was way heavier than this. The only prob I have is i received a pre opened or damaged box twice Edit after 2 -3 days usage: I used the mouse on bluetooth for a day with some gaming & office use & now I can't connect the device with bluetooth. Using with dongle is the only option now

Was good till today i bought it on March it's not even 6 months the mmo button broken . Material quality is too bad. Suggest buying another product i enjoyed using this to do one hand valorant challenge since I'm a youtube content creator it helped me a lot in my journey now I was on my challenges crucial moment it's mmo button on the side broken now i can't use abily so i suggest you to reconsider buying this product.

It has old school time and tested sensor. It lacks the high end polling my razer has of 8000 hz/sec, higher acceleration and deep dpi. What the razer does in real world is it has soft low feedback switches, on a huge body which makes faster movements difficult, where as the steelseries mouse is nimble, small, and quick on its ptfe feet, the buttons have strong feedback which is excellent for any fps.

Steelseries is a known name and I assumed the product would be of a consummerate quality since they didn't hesitate while setting the price for the product either. The mouse however has stopped connecting to my mac completely after 6 months. This is insane given the warranty was for 2 years. I can't seem to reach out to Steelseries support either. Steer clear of this,

They say that it has 200hr batter life, what they didn't mentioned is that 200hr in on bluetooth with low polling rate, on regular 1000Hz with RGB ON in 2.4Ghz it goes for 3 - 3.5 days (not continuous just some light work multimedia). However as you can plug and play with cable it doesn't take much time to recharge again so you can use it while connected thru type c cable(liked this feature).

Ich nutze die SteelSeries Aerox 5 RGB Gaming-Mouse nun seit einiger Zeit und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Maus ist extrem leicht, was besonders bei schnellen Spielen ein großer Vorteil ist. Der Sensor arbeitet sehr präzise und reagiert ohne Verzögerung, egal ob beim Gaming oder im Alltag. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und stabil, trotz des perforierten Designs. Die RGB-Beleuchtung ist dezent, individuell einstellbar und lässt sich über die Software problemlos anpassen. Besonders praktisch finde ich die zusätzlichen Seitentasten, die sich gut belegen lassen. Die Maus liegt angenehm in der Hand und eignet sich auch für längere Gaming-Sessions ohne Ermüdung. Dank der guten Gleitfüße bewegt sie sich sehr flüssig über das Mauspad. Auch das Kabel ist flexibel und stört beim Spielen nicht. Insgesamt ist die SteelSeries Aerox 5 eine leistungsstarke Gaming-Maus mit tollem Design und sehr guter Performance.

Wireless is now as lag-free as wired, so for me if you find a good mouse and it's on sale, snipe it. Furthermore, because I also have a heavier mouse that I use in parallel on my work pc, I can tell you that the weight makes a huge difference on how quickly I fatigue during gaming sessions or even work. This is a joy to toss around and it feel like an actual extension of my arm.

- Shape & Material This mouse is two times as expensive as the Razer Mamba Wireless. I loved the shape of the Mamba. It fits the hand so well. Now with the Aerox 3, the shape doesn't fill the palm that well, but its matte texture is on point. I prefer a smooth or lightly textured finish on larger mouses and a matte finish on smaller mouses. The matte finish on this mouse makes up for the flat form. - Battery Life The battery life on this device is much better than Mamba Wireless. I hated having to charge the Mamba Wireless every two or three days. That mouse always runs out of battery when I'm editing a video or working. So, this mouse is a lifesaver for me. - Weight I could immediately tell how light the mouse is when I picked up the Amazon package. It almost felt like an empty plastic packaging in my hand. I knew it was going to be very light but I didn't imagine it to be this light. Mindblowing! - Switches The mechanical switches feel just as solid as the Rival 650, which is another mouse that I really like from SteelSeries. I have nothing to complain about this mouse. It completely exceeded my expectations for it. This is my first superlight mouse. I haven't tried the G Pro X Superlight yet so I can't tell if the Logitech alternative is any better. For now I'm really happy with the purchase.

for referance I've been used to a Razer Naga for the past 5+ years, the Steel Series is both lighter and smaller, which for someone with bigger hands is a bit jarring to get used to but once you've used it for a few days it settles being feeling comfortable! Lighting effects are awesome, especially with the design of the top of the mouse. Hotkey buttons are a bit of a funny shape too if your used to a Naga or anything simalar, the middle row is very hard to hit in comparison to others, but again, you get used to it over time. Happy buyer overall!
