Decent quality good price
Looks decent quality haven't had to use it yet but the locking hooks that on it look reliable. Not too wide and the bars seem solid.

Peace of mind
Son moved into an apartment with a balcony. This attaches nicely to give him another option for those "just in case" times. Provides me peace of mind knowing he has it. Nice weight easy to move/handle/setup.

Houston for a ladder to go up my 45-ft mast on the sailboat quality seems like it's there we'll see what happens long term

Hugs the wall
Needs feet to help keep it away from the wall. As you climb down it smashes against the wall making getting good footing cumbersome.
