Minimalist Hyaluronic Acid (1.6 oz) Sodium Hyaluronate, Powder, Dietary Supplement

great value...I used this product to enhance my self tanner. I don't want to look orange, or back from a vacation tan. I just want a touch of sunshine that doesn't look fake, with the benefit of moisturizing my skin. I combined equal amounts of self tanner, olive oil, and a smidge of this hyaluronic acid in a sealed container. Shake well before each application. MUCH better than self tanner alone, as it balances out the orange tone!

Highly recommend: Take a teaspoon and coat the bottom of a bigger spoon with a little yogurt. Get yourself a 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon and fill a thirdway or halfway and pour on top. Then use the teaspoon to pour more yogurt on top of that, so that no powder is visible and completely covered with yogurt. (Don't stir.) Then swallow the bigger spoon whole. You can chase with a little more yogurt or any liquid. If any exposed powder gets in your mouth or throat, it tends to stick and gel up significantly. It does not burn, but could become a choking hazard if too much exposed powder gets stuck in the back of your throat. You could then only swallow a lot more liquid to gradually flush and dissolve it, which would take some time. This is the quickest, easiest, and tasteful way to digest this, but be careful.

This product is intended for consumption, you supposedly can put this into a any liquid and consume. However, it will not dissolve at all. I purchased this because of the description, it stated that you mix 1/2 teaspoon of the product with 8 ounces of water or other liquid. But it gels up and will not dissolve even in hot liquid. This product is no good to me and very sorry that I purchased this.

I like to make my own serums using this food grade hyaluronic acid and it works quite well but be careful if you’re using it for this purpose because it you get the ratio is wrong then it will actually dry the skin out instead of moisturizing it. I had to play with it a little, which is why I didn’t give a five stars. I would say that the directions on the bottle are incorrect and you actually need much less what I was using it for.

When this arrived in a VERY small jar I figured this was another “2 week’s worth of product “ situation. Not so! The serving size is 1/12 of a teaspoon! This will last a long time. I liked the absence of many fillers and GMO products. This was the purest I could find. It took some extra time to arrive,(a week) but i can be patient. I will say it’s gritty and doesn’t dissolve well or at all in water. Tried putting it on top of peanut butter - um no. Maybe it will hide well in a smoothie. I will have to check back later after I see if it helps my skin.

Man this stuff is good, crazy how slick it gets. Better for skin than coconut oil.
