Bad quality of product
Bad quality product. For daily use it is not good. The water does not remain hot/cold upto 5 hours. For school going children it is a worst product. The plastic is of cheap material which can be break easily if it once fall. So that's why I returned the bottle and the bottle cap is also of cheap plastic which can be broken easily.
