My 13 month old daughter became obsessed with a ceramic gorilla on our shelf that she can’t play with, and so I looked for a plush toy alternative and found this. We love him! He’s so adorable, huggable, nicely weighted and highly pose-able. I love how the hands allow him to hang from many different rails, shelves, surfaces with such convincingly ape-like charm. Very surprised by the high quality for such a reasonable price and will likely purchase again as gift for cousins.

So cute he hangs by his hands really well!
I got this plush gorilla because I thought it was so unique that he can hang by his hands without any velcro, and I am so so happy I did! This guy can hang very easily and is so cute!! Very sturdily sewn, and super soft plush material. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it! :)

Amazing plush gorilla--the arms are fantastic! Grandson crazy about it . . .
We took our 2+ grandson to the LA Zoo on May 2 and he was fascinated by the gorillas. I ordered this, although I had originally looked at the gorilla from Build-a-Bear. This was far cheaper, very well made, and has great eyes and the perfect look for a gorilla. But the BEST part are the arms! They have hands molded for gripping, so Geraldo can hang from table-edges, crib-rails, or about anything. I've never seen any plush toy so kid-friendly AND play-friendly. You can't beat this gorilla!

Loved him! This is mySon’s favorite stuffed animal! He has heavy bean bag type hands and my son really likes the weight of it.
