They pack 9g of fiber at 140 calories and taste good - like a middle of the road granola bar - so are a pleasant and non-controversial way of getting more fiber into your diet. I've taken these at various periods over the years and the one piece of advice I'll give you is that if you're not used to them, the first couple of bars can be a bit rough on the tummy (once your system is used to them this is not the case at all). So I wouldn't advise these for the first time on your way into the office, or a wedding, or anything like that. I quite enjoy these bars and they definitely help to keep things regular.

I've repurchased these about 4 times. They taste exactly super delicious and have the highest fiber count for any snack I've ever seen. These are a life saver.

I rated them to four star because they don't have a very good taste. Their smell is really good. Their taste is really dry. The size at the bar is decent. There are a lot of health benefits for you. There's a lot of fiber in this. The seal was great. Whenever we got the product it was not broken or anything and the calories are good.

If you’ve never had a Fiber One bar before then just know they taste decent. The texture is typical to most granola bars. Chewy with some crunch. Depends on variety. The fiber and protein content is decent. Just be aware of sugar as these tend to have a larger amount. Very convenient snack on the go and at a comparable price to the store. Save yourself a trip if possible.
