Brought to wash my mums hair whilst bed bound following surgery, absolutely amazing product, allowed her to have her hair washed and feel fresh even though unable to get out of bed, easy to blow up, and after left via tube without leaks, really recommend!

Very good
This was easy to set up and took less time to blow up by mouth than I feared. Probably about 5 minutes, but you probably need a good set of lungs.I used this to do an ACV rinse on my locs without assistance. It's quite comfortable to lay on for a good period of time with sufficient neck support. The water stayed put and stayed warm for the first rinse. Be careful not to overfill cos I did this on the second rinse and quite a bit spilled out onto the floor (user error!).The water drains out pretty slowly. It will get there eventually but I got impatient and found it flowed out a lot faster by holding it up high. Easy to clean but there's still moisture in pipe after a week... not sure what to do about that, just hoping it doesn't grow mould.

Great bit of kit
This item is used to wash hair of a patient in hospital, it is a godsend. Very little water is spilt and the drain pipe is very good. Well worth the money. Also come to the repair kit!

Best to use on the floor, not a bed.
Quick to inflate without a pump and not too finicky to work with. Unfortunately it is definitely not suitable to use in a bed and my person was on a hard orthopaedic bed. As soon as she placed her head in the basin it started to slowly flood the bed. The basin wasn't full, I filled it to just under the first ring.We ended up using it on the floor and it was perfect. Just not good on my poor knees!

Item is not the same as in the picture.
Sadly the item does not match the picture, i picked this one as it is supposed to be flat around the face as some others we have had previously dug in. Sadly this is the same as all the others. From previous reviews it seems like at some point the item pictured is what was provided but sadly not anymore. I also did attempt to blow it up and as others have said the stopper on the top ring will not stay in. Will be reordering the one we got before and returning this.
