No, definitely not. Goldfinger is a soft paste. It will not dry hard to a sandable state. I would recommend using a normal wood filler, and using Goldfinger as a final finishing colour.

Q: Can you go over gold frame with this ?

It is perfect for that-I have treated elaborate mirror frames successfully. Smooth or plain frames would be more difficult

Q: I am going to use them on fired porcelain. Does it ware out by time, change color ? Thank you

I don’t think so! It would depend on what surface you were applying it on
