Great choice
Easy to install. I followed the instructions and had no issues installing it. I love the seat, it works very well and I will never go back to not having a bidet seat. Great value for money.

This bidet is awesome.
This bidet is awesome. Our butts have never been cleaner. It was easy to install. The cost was very good. It has paid for itself with the amount of toilet paper we haven’t had to buy. Finding the right setting can be trial and error but once you figure it out you will love it. It warms the water and even dries you afterwards. Where have bidets been all my life.

Felt very cheap
Not worth the cost. The seat felt very cheap and the design is clunky and uncomfortable. It gave strong potty training seat vibes. The different wash modes were very short, but the air dryer was nice and worked well. The nightlight is blue and off center so the effect wasn't pleasant. I was disappointed by the water pressure and the adjustments made by the remote were minimal.

Always wanted one of these :)
I am having yet another surgery next week that will affect my ability to reach out very far with both my arms, so I decided to finally pull the trigger and get one of these. I never liked the idea of a bidet with cold water which is why I didn't get one years ago, but recently I installed power near the toilet for my electric toothbrush and waterpik. I chose this bidet instead of similar ones because of the appearance (my bathroom is black and white) as well as Amazon offering me $100 off (I noticed as soon as I bought it the discount dropped to only $60 off). I have an elongated toilet.First of all, a warning if you are going to install this yourself as I did, and this has NOTHING to do with the product...I found it extremely difficult to unscrew the water line from the underside of the tank, whoever installed it WAY over tightened it and I was unable to keep a good grip on the float valve from above to keep it from turning, and I ended up rotating the float valve and breaking the arm off against the side of the tank before I got it apart. Only a $9 replacement at a hardware store (I noticed it came with an extra arm but hopefully there isn't a next time!). This was the only difficult part of the install. The bidet comes with some plumber's tape and I ordinarily love to use that on all fittings but the manual specifies NOT to use plumber's tape(?) so I did not use it, but it does not leak so that's fine. (It also says not to use a wrench when installing the T fitting but nope to that, I used one.) I cut the provided water line that goes from the T fitting to the bidet down, and I hope not too short in case I ever have to remove the bidet for any reason.Sitting on the bidet is different from my regular toilet seat. You end up sitting very forward because of the raised part in the back (I wish the whole thing was a bit longer, I have plenty of room between the bowl and tank, I actually have the bidet mounted as far forward as it can be and I definitely cannot move it back any without the front lip sticking out). I lost 100 pounds a decade ago and I'm quite sure if I were still large I wouldn't exactly fit on this thing. And I assume if I had a round toilet it would be even worse. But I'm happy with it, and so glad I get warm water. I like the features, I'm a lady and I wish the Lady Wash would go father forward, I tried adjusting the nozzle with the remote but it didn't really help. I have done a test wipe after the clean/dry after going #2 and the paper was clean, it really works! I haven't tried Defecation Mode yet but I have constipation issues sometimes so I look forward to trying it. The drying is great. The seat warmer would probably be more welcome in the winter, it's getting hot here now. There is an "Auto" feature that automatically goes through a rear wash and then a dry but both cycles take longer than I'd like so I will just do each manually, which is a shame because just hitting one button would be better. Too bad you can't program it, but despite this being called a "smart" bidet it's not like there's an app or anything, just the remote. As for the light, it doesn't turn on only when the lid is up and is on all the time. Not being a guy I have just switched it off, but only turning on when the lid is lifted would have been better. I have it in "power save" mode or whatever it's called but I have no idea what that does, the seat will already be fully warm when I sit so it's not shutting down after a while or anything. I am torn on if I want to turn it off completely between uses. The water seems to warm up fairly quickly after being turned on so I might do that. When it is performing a wash/dry one of my bathroom's lightbulbs flashes a little so I guess it draws a lot of power, so I'm inclined to want to shut if off entirely between uses.

Works well overall
My issues are things people would encounter less often, overall it's a good bidet seat.My biggest complaint is that after a power outage, it doesn't default to eco mode. My house loses power very frequently, so it's sitting there wasting energy until I go into the bathroom and see the lights on the seat.I also lose water frequently, and the water heating element burned out during one of those times. Understandable, but a safety shut off on the element would be nice, plus a way to fix the heating element on my burned out unit.

Great Investment for ultimate comfort
Absolutely love this bidet. Very nice looking, works like a charm and the warmed seat is so awesome when you get up in the middle of the night. All functions work very well. The remote does not seem to work very well but the side buttons on the seat work great. Very happy with the product.

YIKES
This bidet seat caused an unusual problem for me that is funny in retrospect but makes me regret this purchase. The item plus into a wall outlet, and engages the bidet function electrically, through the remote control. Once the bidet is spraying, however, the pressure in your pipes keeps it spraying, not an electric pump. The reason this detail is important to know is that if your bidet has the seat-warmer on, creating a large electrical load on the outlet comparable to a hair dryer, and then you engage the bidet function, that additional electrical load blew my circuit breaker. The problem that creates is that then your bidet is not receiving power anymore, so there is no way to shut off the bidet spray. I was using it, and this happened, and I genuinely did not know how to deal with the situation, because the bidet was spraying water, the button to stop it did not work, and if I got up off the seat, the bidet sprayed water all over my bathroom. So I had to get up and quickly shut the lid to contain the spray, and go reset the circuit breaker. If that had happened only once, it would be tolerable. However that has happened to me 5 times now in the 2 months that I have owned this. It is a huge headache that is the result of poor design choices. This is not a good product if the bidet spray blows the fuse every two weeks and I have to deal with a rogue unstoppable bidet spray while I go reset the breaker. This anecdote probably seems funny to you, but I assure you, it is no fun at all when it happens. And it will happen, because this bidet seat draws too much power and does not have a manual shutoff. The maker could have easily made better design choices, but opted not to. Do not buy this bidet seat unless you welcome blown breakers and an unstoppable torrent of bidet water spraying all over your bathroom. You have been warned.
