Small-dog approved—they love the tender bits!
I have two small dogs and both really enjoy Purina Pro Plan Small Breed Shredded Blend (Beef & Rice). The mix of crunchy kibble and tender pieces keeps them excited—so much so that they pick out the tender shreds first (their only “complaint” would be there aren’t enough of those 😂). I also appreciate the added probiotics and small kibble size, which seems easy for them to chew. Ordering online has been cheaper and way easier than running to the store, and the 6 lb bag is a convenient size for small breeds. My Frenchies Can’t Get Enough!
Both of my Frenchies absolutely love this food! They can be a little stubborn when it comes to eating, but the shredded blend keeps them interested—crunchy kibble mixed with tender bites is the perfect combo. Their coats are shinier, digestion has been smooth, and they have great energy throughout the day. The kibble size works perfectly for them—not too big, not too small—and I love knowing they’re getting balanced nutrition in every bowl. It’s reassuring to see them enjoy mealtime and thrive on a formula that actually works for their needs. If you’ve got French Bulldogs, I can’t recommend this enough—it’s been a total win in our house!

My little dog thinks he’s eating steak every day.
If my pup could write this review himself, he’d probably just drool on the keyboard and bark “10/10 would eat again.” This Purina Pro Plan Small Breed kibble has officially earned “favorite meal” status in my house. The first ingredient is real beef, and you can tell — my dog literally sprints to his bowl like it’s Michelin-star dining. The combo of crunchy kibble and tender shredded pieces gives him the texture mix he loves (and keeps him from giving me that “this again?” look mid-week). I also love that it’s packed with nutrients — calcium and phosphorus for strong teeth and bones, plus live probiotics to keep his little tummy happy. He’s got tons of energy, his coat’s shiny, and, let’s just say… digestion is thriving. It’s also great knowing it’s 100% complete and balanced with no artificial colors or flavors.
