42 Commando @ Falklands War
I love first person accounts, they give greater detail and there understanding of their scope of battle. Nock Vaux gives it all in the book. It is a wonderfull and easy read, "you" can tell he has put his heart and soul into this book. It is a rare book to find, if you can buy it and read it then ...come back and read it again. You wont be sorry I wasnt.

Really gives the feel of what the marines went through.
What struck me about this account was that is illustarted just how hard a battle it was and that the whole excercise was a much more close run thing that many think it was. THe lack of helicopters due to the loss of the Atlantic Conveyor with the helicopters onboard and poor footwear made the task much more difficult. A cracking good read.

Very insightful
An honest gritty account of the Faulklands, balanced with dignity and self-effacing humour. Written so even a non-military person can understand. Highly recommended.
