Very nice
I got this plant extract for fighting with my daily fatugand anxiety, since I was reading that this supplement is actually science backed. For cold season, I'm usually more tired and I'm looking for ways to improve my energy level and my moods. So far it a great value for the money. Will see later how I feel after taking them for a longer time.

Didn’t notice a difference
These are conveniently packaged and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I didn’t notice any difference after taking. I used multiple times to make sure it didn’t take time to work.
