Excellent product. In past years, without treatment or using different product, skunks were a contact nuisance. This year, not one skunk!!

This stuff is great! It works like a charm (although you do have to repeat treatments monthly, which is kind of a pain but the safety of this vs. other types makes it worth it). The grub activity was next to nothing a week after I put it down, but six weeks later I'm noticing it again . . . time to repeat the treatment.

My home is built on a hill of sand with ant hills virtually everywhere. I decided to try this product this year. Other products never accomplished anything on my front porch which is 8’ x 24’. I used my battery powered seed spreader and it was perfect for the job. Within five minutes the ants disappeared nine hours later I haven’t seen any ants. I used my tow behind spreader to treat the entire perimeter of the house and I hit the areas where visible gopher’s were tunneling. With rain forecast tomorrow I believe treating for grubs will resolve that problem. I’m ordering 4 additional bags this evening to treat the remaining lawn area. I’m anxious to see the ticks disappear. Needless to say I’m impressed!

I put this down 3rd week in June. I think it single handedly destroyed my grass as the pelletized oils just boiled in the sun and burnt my entire back yard. I had grass....now I have dust....and I generally know what I am doing with fertilizer, watering, thatching, raking, etc.

Does the job as described and is very pet safe.
