Great for my neuroma
My doctor had perscribed very expensive orthotics that didnt last more than a few weeks before my heel wore a hole in them. I've been using less expensive inserts since then and while I like them, I decided instead to try this. I love it FOR ME. I can walk around the house bare foot, which previously was too painful and not reccomended by the doc. I dont need inserts and can rely on these. I now wear them all the time. Pro - * Way cheaper than inserts * Can be slightly adjusted for your needs at the moment * Can help when not wearing shoes at all * Can wear them all the time (OK, not needed during sleep, unless, I suppose, you are an extensive sleep-walker, but then you probably have other serious concerns Cons- * Heavier wallet * Probably not what the doctor ordered * the band around the foot is probably not ideal for the rest of the foot and surrounding muscles, but if you augment with some exercises, you can probably minimize this * Hand wash only I've been using it now for about a year, and can recommend if it suits your needs as well.

Surprisingly, these braces seems to work!
I wanted to get these so I could go barefoot in the house. I hate shoes, but have plantar fasciitis so I have to wear shoes with insoles all the time. But in the summer, my inner child opts to go barefoot. And then the pain comes. Reading the instructions, you need to ease into these. Wear them at night for a break-in period, then you can lengthen the wear times. It took a few nights and then a day wearing them and the pain is gone! I know it will come back if I don't take care of my feet, but these things work! I have wicked high arches. DNA being what it is, my son who works from home and doesn't wear shoes has flat feet and plantar fasciitis. I'm recommending these to him. They are worth a try if you are in pain.

Great for PF support
I wear these in slippers, as well as shoes, since I’m rarely barefoot. They even helped with pain in my foot from what felt like a spasm. Put it on and went to bed. Really helped with pain relief. My only critique is that they slide when you wear them for long periods of time and need to be adjusted. Nothing major and definitely nothing to stop me from wearing them. Very comfortable.

Intense! Sleep only!
Do not use them for walking standing! Sleep with them on and then you can progress to walking maybe. They are very intense. About 5 min is all it tells you to put them on in the beginning!

What the heck
The directions tell you to wear it at night for two weeks, then you can only wear it for five minutes at a time. The gel part is too high hard, and will put pressure on your arch that is uncomfortable. Again, the elastic is constructed for small, narrow feet, not an average American or Hispanic foot

Great for people with high arches
I ice skate and I have very high arches. Those skate shoes have absolutely no arch support. I wound up with very painful plantar fasciitis. I needed something that would fit in my skate boot but give me lots of arch support. Most other supports I tried have a velcro enclosure and were too bulky on the top of my foot for my skate boot. These are great because they are a thin sleeve. The padding is on the larger side so I would only recommend for people with very high arches. These work great for me. They're also handy for summer shoes like sandals and flip flops.

I wish I'd tried these before spending so much money on other products!
After 9+ hours a day ony feet with pretty severe plantar fasciitis, I come home every day, sit on my bed and cry. Holding in such intense pain all day takes a lot out of you. So when I got these I was sceptical but really hopeful. I followed the suggestions on the box and wore them overnight. The next day I had to go to the store and was dreading it. I was fully expecting to have to take these off in the store but I was absolutely shocked! I can't say the pain was gone but it definitely went from a 12 to maybe a 7 or 8. If you've dealt with the pain of plantar fasciitis you know how big of a deal that is! And this is just day one! Coupled with all the other adjustments I'm making I'm actually really hopeful that I can heal this on my own. Thank you! I'll edit this if things change. Maybe it was just a fluke but I sure hope not. Update: today is day 4 and my first day back at work. After being on my feet for 9 hours I have to say I was still in a lot of pain BUT it is significantly better than before. As I understand it plantar fasciitis takes months to heal and so far this product has made A HUGE difference. I wish I'd tried this before spending so much money on other products.
