This hot comb is the best ever. It comes with protective comes to go over it to keep you from burning your scalp. It gets very hot so be careful. It’s tough and easy to take with you anywhere. Mine is a pretty pink. It straightens the hair very good. Would purchase again.

It glides effortlessly down my 4C type hair and my favorite thing about this device is the anti-scalding comb attachments that give me peace of mind because I'm not the best with pressing my own hair. I looked and researched hot combs for a week and kept coming back to this one. I love the swivel at the plug in, it makes it easy to use the comb in different positions without having to move my wig head. I love how it can get warm or very hot, it has 2 guards that come with and I feel the cord is long enough for me. i am so glad I purchased this one, the price, the quality, and the warranty are all pluses in my book. Get this hot comb you will not regret it, plus its not as big as my other stylish products so I can take this with me wherever I go ( its not to small though)! I say buy this one and forget reading any other reviews. A+++ I will recommend to all my family and friends. I am new to wearing wigs due to hair loss from chemo so all my chemo girls are going to purchase this one after they have seen mine!

Worked great! Had a learning curve but it got my roots real straight and my silk press came out awesome! I love not having to run my fingers through my scalp and feeling curls, not knowing whether it's new growth or not bothered me. I also wondered if the differences in texture was breaking off my hair!😰 I recently had an amino acid smoothing treatment (highly highly recommend, it's less harsh than a keratin treatment and curls come back every time). 🩷 And the other hot comb I wanted had keratin infused into it! I almost bought it before realizing that might be TOO MUCH keratin for my hair.😮‍💨😮‍💨 Thanks for reading! Hope someone found this helpful! (And to leave y'all with a blessing, please research into amino acid treatments and possibly DIYing it. 🤔 My silk press hasn't reverted in 2 weeks, still flowy, MY ENDS ARE SOFT, my hair is softer, and every time I wash my hair it reverts!!) It does release formaldehyde at around 400-450 degrees fahrenheit but that warning is mainly for hair stylists who do it often for clients. This is one of the best hard combs I have ever had. My only complaint is that it takes me a while to straighten my hair and it will turn off and then I have to wait for like two or three minutes however it heats right back up instantly. love it, recommend it

This is probably one of the worst hot combs I’ve owned. Doesn’t stay hot & you have to keep turning it off & on to reheat. Maybe mine is defective but my daughter agrees that’s it’s not a good quality hot comb.

This has been great for styling short wigs, particularly for the bangs. The heat goes low enough to use on synthetic hair. It doesn't have a lot of features, but it's a good value for the price and has worked well for the last 6 months.

It does get hot and works okay but it was hard to get to the root with. It was smooth but almost too smooth where is didn’t help catch the deeper level of hair.
