This is not a UK device. I received mine today and it is no doubt an excellent phone but I phoned samsung and they said that since it originated outside the EU it will not have any warranty from them - so they won't repair it within 2 years like they would a uk originating device. That is something worth knowing! Also, when I first switched it on the welcome screen was in Hebrew and I had some difficulty working out which word to click to change it to English. (it has a little chevron next to it, click that if you find yourself in the same situation as me). As other reviewers have stated, Samsung Pay won't work on this phone in the uk, but otherwise it is a good way to get a new Samsung Galaxy S23 much cheaper than from elsewhere. The software updates will come through, I was assured by Samsung UK, but they may come through a little later than with UK originating devices. So I give it 4 stars only because it is a non EU device and they don't make that very clear upon buying, as a phone I'm sure its excellent.

The phone is great! As numerous other reviews have stated, these phones are EU imports. The only difference I've personally noticed is that Samsung Pay does not work. A workaround is just using Google Pay. I called Samsung to check the serial number to make sure its genuine, and they also told me that my phone in particular is from Hungary. Quite a good deal for a flagship phone, I paid £565.

It is what is described in the description, brand new phone with seal on the box delivered the day after with DPD.I had for 2 days now, had no trouble, you get what you expect from the samsung reputation, a great phone.Battery I manage to get along with the day, at the end of the day was around 25/30%, I used the phone to play a game that consume really a lot, I was really surprise, the previous phone a xiaomi with similar battery, i never manage to get to the end the day.Phone super fast as you could expect from the best.Edit: note I bought from FairTech

I am not one to usually do this but please be advised this phone is not as described.Though the product description clearly states the phone is dual sim card slot, it is not!UK S23 are dual sim card slot, the phone I was sent was for the Canadian market, which are not dual sim. A huge pain for me whilst I am travelling.A measly refund has been offered but is nothing compared to the cost of the phone that I can't afford to return.
