Really like these supplements, its great value for money and they seem very high quality compared to other ones ive tried on amazon.

Glutathione is an endogenous (body produced) antioxidants. It, along with superoxide dismutase and catalase, neutralize free radicals and prevent DNA damage. It’s difficult to absorb via the gut, but encapsulating it into fats (liposomes) makes it much more bioavailable (you absorb a lot more). I’m a fan, been using it for years. Though I don’t notice any short term effects as someone who is generally very healthy.
