Amazing for ice creams!
I got this paste to make pistachio ice cream and am so happy with the result. The paste is very thick and flavourful (it is unsweetened), you don't need very much to get a rich tasting ice cream. I think this could go well in sweet and savoury pastries and cakes as well, but I haven't tried that yet. Great find for pistachio lovers!

Very Overpriced Compared to Zeina Products
I've ordered this before from another supplier but can't believe the price on Amazon Especially compared to Zeina 100% Pistachio paste which is about £22 per Kilo. this is nearly £80 per kilo!!! Insane!
