Great hairdryer and styler. This is the second one I have had and it does what it says on the box.

My wife is very pleased with this item. Very nice build quality, it heats up quite quickly but does not get so hot it makes her hair frizzy. She says it is quite light and easy to handle. She would recommend it for value.

The electric hair brush set was just the right size brushes that was required giving good value for the money, in use regularly.

Works well for everyday hair styling with useful brush attachments. Easy to use and lightweight. Could be a bit more durable but overall a solid buy.

The brush was fine for a few weeks, then, whilst drying my hair, the brush partially detached, and sat at an angle. The attachment had never been changed I had used the same one all the time. I replaced the brush and carried on, the brush came off again, and fell onto my neck causing a minor burn, which fortunately healed within a few days with the application of burn cream. . I contacted Tresemme, as per Amazon instructions, and was asked various questions, which dragged things out for a few days. After answering all their questions, I was told they wanted nothing to do with it, and to go and contact Conair, who manufacture the item. I got back a list of all the same questions I had already answered, despite providing a case number from Tresemme, guess they could not be bothered looking at the information already provided. They wanted me to send back the item for "inspection by an engineer" before they would tell me how they would resolve the issue, but after looking at the feedback on here, it seems to be a common problem, and I would imagine one they are already aware of. The questions asked were not even relevant to the fault reported, just seem to be designed to waste my time and make me give up. It was not an expensive item, but it is unsafe, and I wanted this brought to their attention, as the item should not be sold in it's current state.I have contacted Amazon and they will refund once it is returned.

Bought 2 of these one had to be returned and replaced as it didn't work but the other one worked very well and the replacement was fine too. Just unlucky to get one that didn't work, was replaced quickly though

Only just received this and gave it a little try out. Already mightily impressed with the ease of styling and the curl release button is so handy.So light too, so no aching arms when using it.
