NOW Foods Supplements, Daily Vits™, One Tablet Daily with Lutein & Lycopene, 250 Tablets

I've been using Now vitamins for a long time. This is a good vegetarian option at as decent a price as you are going to find for vitamins.

I can always count on NOW for quality nutrients.

I take this brand quite frequently. The pills are a little big but are not too hard to swallow.

Both my husband and I take NOW Daily Vits and plan to stick with this as our basic multivitamin. I wanted something that was not too high in iron (to avoid the stomach upset I'd often get with other multivitamins). I was also pleased to see that it included lutein and lycopene, two antioxidants typically found in tomatoes and other red/orange/yellow vegetables. I have used NOW supplements for several years, after researching several companies. They generally offer high quality products at a reasonable price. My only complaint about these multis is that the pill is quite large.

Good mix of vitamins with not overload. Not 300000 percent of your daily like some other brands I’ve bought. Lol

WhenI managed a Health Food/Supplement Store I discovered Now Brand. These are the only vitamins I have taken that I can say that I truly feel a difference in my energy level and mental clarity. I've even tried the really, really pricey ones and didn't really find much difference. From my work at that store, I learned not to take the cheap drugstore brands. Too many health professionals told me that they don't dissolve in most people and just pass right out of the body. I also learned that NOW brand is family owned and don't spend a lot of marketing so they can keep their costs low. They have a high criteria for quality and produce excellent vitamins and supplements. I don't know if any of this is still true, but the NOW products I buy seem to hold up their quality.The problem with NOW, though, is that they are hard to find in retail stores. I was thrilled to see that Amazon carries them.

It is becoming harder to find quality multivitamins that have their daily dose in one tablet. This was a nice step up from cheaper quality daily multivitamins. I have a sensitive stomach and have had no issues with these tablets.
