WOW! It is not often that I leave a review. STARTRC nailed it in regards to exactly what I was looking for to protect my screen and doubles as a sunshade. If you are looking for a robust means of protecting your screen and sticks I highly recommend investing in this product. STARTRC provided a solution. There 2 in 1 Protective Cover for the DJI RC is fit for purpose. Not only does it protect your screen and sticks It also doubles as a sunshade. A friend of mine suggested I check into accessories regarding what STARTRC offers for my MINI 3 PRO. I am hooked and completely taken back by the quality of the accessories that STARTRC manufactures and sells. Unreal quick delivery due to in my case being an Amazon Prime Member. You have nothing to lose. If you're not satisfied simply return your purchase. Legitimate STARTRC posts on Amazon share a link to their online store. Premium products that are reasonably priced.

Again as has been the case with the 3 orders form START RC super fast delivery and well packaged items, along with an instruction sheet on how to use the product. The p[lastic feels good quality and the hinge is nice and strong with good detent stops at points in its opening, so you can choose how much shade and what position you want the cover in.Fitting is simple, 2 small knurled screws that fit into the screw threaded holes that are in the bottom of the DJI RC, once attached it is simple to raise and lower and provides sunshade when up and protection when down - no need for a clunky screen protector nor to keep removing the control sticks (and potentially damaging the thread or losing one) - just wish they did one to accommodate the external antenna on the AIR3 and I would have one of them on order too!I was concerned that it may not fit in the MINI3 Pro flymore bag, but as you can see form the photos it fits easily enough and closes without issue, protection and utility in one!Quality, happy with this and would recommend.

The Sun Hood does exactly what it states it helps increase the visibility of the screen to a usable level for working in full sunlight creating a shadow over the screen and reducing any reflections. It also protects the two joysticks from damage in storage or carring and means that they do not have to be removed everytime the controller is storedOn the downside if you use the flymore bag to keep and protect your drone and controller adding the Sun hood to the controller makes the available space in this bag VERY tight !!The only other negative is the price which I consider to be overpriced for what the item consists of which is a few grams of plastic and two small screws. Yes the mould has to be designed and manufactured but as this is a Chineese produced item this would not be that great relative to the sale price.Shipping was from China and considering the distance was good.

In my opinion it doesn’t make much difference to viewing the R M screen, but it will provide some protection

Great bit of kit to be fair. Easy fit and seems solid. Fortunately I've not dropped my unit yet to test it's strength out .

It’s ok, just a bit flimsy and makes the controller heavier by a noticeable amount. Overall I’ll keep installed
