Ich hab große Probleme zuzunehmen, jetzt bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen und es hilft mir wirklich wenigstens ein paar extra Kalorien am Tag zu bekommen.Das Shake schmeckt wirklich sehr lecker. Man schmeckt leicht die Haferflocken, aber das ist kein Problem.Also nächstes werde ich Erdbeere probieren, der Shake hat nämlich über 900 Kalorien in einer Portion.

I bought the banana flavour and it's delish! Not too weak or strong and not overly sweet. I struggle with planning and preparing meals sometimes so like to have protein powder as a back up in case I'm running late for something or am too tired to prepare anything else and heyyy this stuff is great. Fills me up and keeps me going. Has a very pleasant taste and oaty consistency, it's not completely smooth but I don't mind that. Can be a bit like drinking unheated Readybrek when you get to the very bottom of your flask but I quite like that. I've not tried heating it up yet but might try that! It shakes well, not too many lumps and bumps. I've only tried it with whole milk so far but I'm sure water would be fine if I was out and about. I'll keep buying this one!Oh they did send me the wrong flavour to start with but replaced it very quickly at no extra cost which is awesome. They initially sent me mint choc flavour which is also very nice, even though I don't usually like mint choc!

Bought the supplement nearly a week ago, tastes really nice and keeps me filled up for majority of my morning. In terms of truly working it’s still early days to tell but I have faith in it

I mix with whole milk, 3 scoops (120g approx) and it makes a thick tasty shake. Doesn’t seem to have that granulated or chalk-like consistencies I’ve had elsewhere. It’s nothing amazing tasting, but it’s certainly not awful.At about 400cals and 30g protein, I find it very convenient if I’m getting home from work late at night and don’t want to cook or run the blender. Just throw some scoops into a shaker with milk, and 2 minutes later I’m full.

There are better options but you can't go wrong with this one. It works well and tastes good.
