I liked the overall speed and efficiency of this machine for the few months that it worked but then it started blowing electrical fuses. I thought it was the outlet but it turned out to be the machine. On my last project I was doing a standard single-thickness copy paper page in a laminating pouch and had walked away to take care of something. I came back to the smell of deeply burnt plastic and heat. The laminator had stopped working and kept the pouch inside of it instead of feeding it through. I disconnected it and pulled the page out from the laminator. It was burnt all the way through the plastic pouch and the inner paper was brown and crispy with the start of a fire burn. Buyer beware. Do not leave this unattended or you may start a fire in your house.

I’ve had this for a couple years now. It has worked fantastic for me. Everything comes out perfect.

The machine itself in white looks great. It does laminate a little faster than most laminating machines. That said, if you don’t hold the laminating pouch and the paper that your laminating (as you’re loading from the front) until it is almost completely through the machine, you can get wrinkles in the laminated results. It needs a tray on the front end to hold what you’re laminating straight so it doesn’t bunch up on the inside of the machine. Other than that, the machine has 3 temperature settings and comes with a few extras (paper cutter, some rings, corner cutter and a single hole puncher). If they can incorporate the tray, it would be perfect.

The media could not be loaded. I have been wanting a laminator so bad and never got one and I finally decided to get one to make things for my kids to help them do schoolwork. I am very happy with my purchase it works amazing. Since I’ve never used a laminator before I didn’t know what to set it at so I set it at 125mic and the first sheet that I did came out really nice but then I put another one in and it didn’t come out it had a lot of bubbles so I set it to 80mic and all the sheets I made came out so nice. I also purchased the 200 pack laminator sheets and they are really nice as well. I have used them and all my sheets that I made came out so good and clear I’m super happy with both purchases. I have not used the cold setting since I don’t know if I came with these sheets but if I do I will give an update in that. There is also no noise and it heats up so fast less then a minute and makes my paper come out so smooth. The laminator is weightless and is a good size not very big at all… If you want to get one I really recommend this one it’s amazing and not that expensive like other ones if seen. I also love that it came with the cutter, hole puncher, edge trimmer, and the rings. And I’ve used the cutter, and the edge trimmer and they work so good 😊 this is the one to get…
