Quality excellent. Easy to use and looks good

This case is fine, but it is pink, not red, very pink in fact. Only one of the zips is double, which makes closing the big front compartment a reall hassle, it mostly sticks on the fabric. Moves beautifully though and is what I needed

My backpack itself does deserve a five star review because I am absolutely in love with it. But I was also so very disappointed that my package came without the iconic keyring attached. I have searched the bag inside etc and I definitely don't have one. I would like to message the seller but unfortunately don't have that option on my order. So even though I am very happy with the product I am also very disappointed at the same time.

Good, high quality made backpack, but has some flaws with the design. The value for money is okay - too expensive in general, but it depends on your purpose. The wheels seem to be high quality along with the material, but the laptop pocket is completely unusable. It’s too difficult to put things in the sleeve, and nearly impossible to get them out. Also the zipper quality is quite tight too and sometimes difficult to use. Seems pretty water resistant and durable overall, but it’s basically just a wheeled backpack with one usable large compartment. Compared to others, it’s not easy to fit a lot of things either (due to the rigid design). I would only recommend this bag if there is a significant price reduction, and if you just plan on using it for one or two heavy items.

Very well designed and well made case. Great for cabin bag, with straps for use as back pack and wheels for gliding around airport etc. Word of warning, however, wheels meant it didn’t comply with Easyjet size limits for standard carry on bag and got charged £45 at gate. Looks great though
