The shower head is brilliant. The hose isn't as I couldn't connect it without it leaking on the end with the shower head, which is a shame as if it leaks the head won't work properly. I ended up having to reuse the existing hose. The shower now works really well and the flow from the new head is much better than the old one. Slightly disappointed as it would have been nice to have the new hose in place as it looks brand new and the old one doesn't but it's a case of necessity. The new lead's/hose's seals were inadequate in my opinion. It's easy to attach but it just doesn't work.

It is a complete kit and very easy to install. The most important, the shower head is good quality making difference after a few days in the hair and skin. The pressure is a lot better than my previous and with 3 options that is great. Its appearance is a high quality product and it comes with refill for lond duration. It is very easy to install, in less than a minute! And very good price.

It's better than my old conventional shower head for sure. Quite odd it retains the water inside the head even after a shower is completed hence mad it heavy and sort of leans forward. Doesn't really bother me too much. Only time will tell if it's worth it. So far so good.

I live in the country where we have low pressure, this filters the water and creates a good spray, love the fact it has 3 different levels of spray. Worth every penny

It did good while it lasted even though there were water streams from the shower head that would spray in a wild direction. It helped soften the water a bit allowing for softer skin, not as dry skin when i get out the shower. However, still dried my scalp out. For 4C hair, you definitely need to keep your hair more moisturized than usual. Just last week now, a major leak developed at the base of the hose leaking through the spiral hose near the faucet. This Resulted in weak water pressure. Would like if i could get a replacement as it is a good product. Just wishing for better longevity.

This is probably the best shower head we have purchased. It has an easy to use 3 way switch to alter the water flow.It has standard fitting for almost all showers and is durable yet easy to take apart for cleaning purposes.

Lovely high pressure head. Fit hose it came with, but had a smaller end, which screwed onto the head, as such, it wouldn't sit properly in the bracket on wall, so just put old hose back on.

Product is well made but was frustrated that there were no washers supplied which defeats the object of its use as water spurts out both on the head and shower connection fitting ends. Once i put some washers i had in it i was then able to connect it and it works v well now. Good shower water feels softer and creates good pressure on the different settings.
