Excellent Customer Services
I thought I did my measurements right but I actually only paid attention to the width but not the height. When this shelf arrived, it was just slightly taller than my cabinet, so I had to return it and get another one from another seller that’s slightly shorter in height. I then messaged this seller to explained the situation, and Joe was super quick in response, being kind & understanding, and issued a free return label for me right on spot. It’s a very study and nicely-made shelf, and I would definitely buy from this seller again when there’s a chance! Very pleasant experience interacting with this seller :)

Not bad for an add on cabinet
Works as described. Arrived with damage to box and front of shelf, couldn't delay install so it is installed with damage, presume shipper damaged. Little difficult to get 4 shelf's to fit unless you have all small spices, not the devices fault. Track a little stiff, maybe some oil can help- that is reason for 4 stars. No issues with seller.

Poor build quality and poor quality control
I've purchased three of these things and every single one has had issues from stripped screws, missing parts, chipped and scratched up wood, broken slider, shelves cut too short, and improper build quality. The last one I received had screws and other parts fall right out of the box, the drill template tool was missing, and the railing wasn't completely installed on one of the shelves. Considering the price I expect a lot better quality, this thing is junk.

Don’t buy if you’re not 1000% sure
Bought these right before my kitchen installation because I was told this was the max size that would fit. During installation we realized that we needed a bigger size and need to return these. The return now costs me $97. Shame on me for thinking Prime means free returns. It’s a great product but I would order it elsewhere if possible.

Awesome pullout
The media could not be loaded. Wife wanted new countertops, and believe it or not I couldn’t stand the cabinets so I redid all of them and I saw this nifty little pull out and had to get it. Easy to instal and throw your own customs on to it. She loves it. And that’s worth it.
