Seller's description was unclear as to which GPSMAP units this cable fit ... I bought it for a model 496 and it was not even close.

Cord doesn’t fit Garmin Striker Vivid 4 Cv
As you can see by the picture. The holes on the power cord are too small for the power/data pins on the Garmin Striker 4 Cv. The cord on the left, is the Zymurgoes 010-12199-04 power/data cord and the one on the right is the Garmin factory cord.

Wildly Innacurate Fit for listed devices
The list of devices this fits is NOT accurate. I bought this for a Garmin Stryker 4 boat sonar (which this product claimed to fit) and found it did not fit at all. The metal pin receptacles are about half or lesst the size they must be for proper connection to the device. It will not fit. Other than the wildly out-of-spec dimensions, the wiring and overall shape of the plug were about on-par. I returned this item due to inaccurate item description, and I would not buy from whoever made this again on account of the severe inaccuracy.
