This thing is no joke
I have no doubt this pole can take 250 lbs . The pole by itself weighs about 20 lbs. Just make sure you have a secure anchor and this thing will take it. Really niceUpdate.Been using this for months now and it has not budged when I use 170 lbs bands. The anchoring of pole definitly is most important in not have an accident. The pole itself can handle the stress.
