I've tried a number of similar products (Yaktrax and the like) and have always found them lacking in some way - wouldn't stay on, broke too easily, not enough traction on ice, or too uncomfortable on cement. These overshoes have been almost perfect by comparison. They have the right compromise that allows for ice traction and cement comfort and they seem far better made than any other product I've tried - some of which didn't last a week.A note about the sizing: I'm wearing the Large size over a size 11 boot, which is supposed to be the upper limit, but, I guess because it's a low-profile boot, the overshoes are a bit loose, though just tight enough to stay put. I actually like them this way since it makes them easy to get into and out of, but clearly the sizing is geared toward bulky work or snow boots (a lot more room around the toe than my boots need).Bottom line is I'm very happy I took a chance on these - they've made a world of difference on my dog walks this stormy winter.

Found these quite by accident while searching Amazon one day. They were 33$. I searched around and others had them for 60 to 120$. The size is XXXL or 15. I wear a size 12 or 13 work boot. From past experience i've learned you always go up a couple sizes when buying rubber overshoes. I placed the order. I tried them on my size 12 boots and they went on as expected with a little extra room in the toe. So i know they will fit good over my size 13s. I am happy with my purchase. They are made by Tingley so are quality rubbers. Just remember these are studded. Do not wear them indoors on carpet or other flooring! They will destroy indoor flooring and possibly your marriage.

Perfect for winter icy conditions, lots of carbide teeth that won't let you slip. Fits nicely over work shoes or boots, just make sure you get the right size. I ordered size 2X that fits perfectly over my size 13 work shoes. These are much better than the flimsy strap on ones.

In my honest opinion, if this type of ice cleat will work for you, I wouldn't even mess around with those strap on cleats. These are the best by far for walking and working on icy surfaced. Kinda pricey but worth every penny. And because they are rubber, they are real easy to get on and off. They stretch easy in cold weather.
