Very good product that works well. My only complaint is minor but it’s got me a few times…. When you turn it on, you can adjust the target temp and give it a timer, the light blue light is on, so it’s working, right? No, you have to hit the button again, and the light turns a darker blue and now it’s heating up and circulating the water. It’s hard to notice when it’s actually working besides the light, the water gently circulates. This product was a game changer for me though, it has changed my lifestyle for the better. Try making chicken with it, it’s the best I’ve ever had.

Holy cow this is a fantastic device! First time out of the box, and I cooked a perfect steak. I followed one of the guides for a tenderloin cut (2.5 inches thick), set the desired temperature to 135 degrees. After 2 hours, pulled it out of the pot, and finished the filet in a hot cast iron pan. Even with just salt and pepper in the bag the taste and texture was fantastic. No more risking a nice cut of meat on the barbecue and the vagaries of a temperature probe. I wish I would have purchased this sooner!Now I need to practice on my finishing skill.

My wife loves it. Unfortunately we wasted some time thinking that setting the temperature turned it on. Once we realized that there is also an On switch we had the best medium rare strip loin steak ever. (We set it at 131 degrees, and left it for 2.5 hours) Finishing it on a hot BBQ for a couple of minutes a side added a nice touch.

This method has changed my life. Friends said it’s the best steak they’ve ever had. So easy. Love the recipes provided with the appliance. I’d recommend it for everyone.

It’s easy to use, and works well. I unfortunately wasn’t paying attention and it continued to run after the time was up :/ wish it turned off by itself, but really I needed to take the yogurt out anyway and should have set a separate timer

This thing is great.I actually use it as a bottle warmer for our baby most of the time. We never have to worry about over heated bottles.It also is great for what it was made for. I've cooked several dinners using this machine and they have come out wonderfully.ProsPerfect temp controlApp makes setting the temp and a timer a breeze.ConsIf you don't keep it cleaned regularly the low water sensor will not work properly.The lack of instruction means figuring everything (use and cleaning) out for yourself

Haven’t had beef sirloin this tender since I dined in a 5 star restaurant! Our cooks with it regularly.

Bluetooth connectivity isn’t working so I have not been able to make the equipment work through the app. The app crashes every so often too.When using manually as a standalone device (with no app controls) it works well. But I bought it partly because of the benefits of starting the sous vide remotely.

Bluetooth settings r terrible...8 had used more than a dozen mobiles still the damn thing did not work ...a total bloody waste of hard earned money ...most of the review r annova pro ...but it's just not worth the money as annova does not even reply to your questions n after sale service is pathetic in India

I have used this for about two years now. The results have been excellent. It is easy to control from my cell phone. Turn it on, set your timer and forget it (assuming you have a lid over the water, to prevent it evaporating).

Seems to work excellent for mashing grains for beer making.
