I’m looking into the high resistance set - are all three considered high resistance, or is there any further info on the breakdown of band strength?

Upon reading the message you forwarded, it seems like you're looking for a breakdown of weight and resistance level of the bands. If so, here are the estimated strength per color. Again, these are just estimated and still might change depending on the feedback we are getting from previous and current customers. COLOR - STRENGTH - EST.
