Great product !

This supplement comes in the form of a gel capsule that is easy to swallow with no taste. It contains a complete mix of digestive enzymes with probiotics and prebiotics. I like that it is manufactured in a GMP certified facility in the USA. The price is reasonable for the quantity received. I took one with my dinner, knowing I would probably have some indigestion after my heavy meal. I gave it only 4 stars because, though my stomach was a bit upset before dinner (maybe not a great test night), it continued to be a bit upset after eating. Normally when I take digestive enzymes, my stomach is completely settled. I will continue to test these over the next few days.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I am very happy with it. I have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion. I am no longer experiencing any bloating or gas after meals. I also feel like I am absorbing more nutrients from my food. Pros: Natural Improves digestion Vegan and gluten-free Easy to take Cons: Some people may experience mild side effects, such as gas or diarrhea. It is not a cure for digestive problems, but it can help to improve symptoms. It may take some time to notice the full benefits of the product.

I used this product primarily for the digestive enzymes in order to improve nutrient absorption; it did not disappoint. I experienced more satiety from the foods I ate, and noticed that I was not reaching for desserts after meals. I like that this product contains non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients from a GMP-certified facility, uses a vegan capsule without additional ingredients like silica, magnesium stearate, etc., and is third-party tested. There are pre- and probiotics included, but at only at 1B for two capsules, I’m not sure about how much that will help.

I have taken this supplement 3 times now and every time I take it I get severe stomach discomfort that lasts for hours on end. The first day I took these digestive enzymes the pain was so bad I contemplated going to the hospital to make sure I didn’t have appendicitis, but ultimately just waited it out.
