Only received two weeks now so much to early to say how it has worked for me.

This little addition to my hair care routine does exactly what it's advertised to do. Whether pricking my scalp while massaging product into my follicle will actually work, I cannot say. That will take time. Right now this process is worth a try.

I have been using derma rollers on my face for a few years with moderate success so wanted to try this for my thinning hairline. It is easy to use although you have to be careful to sanitise it properly between uses. It doesn't hurt or cause irritation but i suspect it will take a very long time to see any results.

Too expensive for what it is! It’s just a plastic handle with a micro needle roller… Far better quality rollers are available to purchase on Amazon.My hair wrapped around the sides of the roller, so prevented the roller from moving easily. I tried removing the roller from the plastic handle to remove the hair. In doing so, the plastic snapped on one side of the roller. Impossible to put back together and use. I don’t think the roller is designed to be removed from the fragile plastic handle in order to be cleaned.The handle is cheaply made plastic!The needles are a very good length.I’ve used the roller only five times, so I can’t say yet if I have any new hair growth. I used the roller before washing my hair. The process made my hair very oily. I wouldn’t risk using on the scalp without washing the hair straight after. Washing the hair directly after will clean and soothe the scalp.I’m optimistic that this method might work for increasing hair growth. However, I won’t be buying the same roller again. I’m searching for a ‘sturdier’ 0.25mm micro needle roller..!

This product is simple to use and has made a noticeable difference in the thickness and overall health of my hair.Using the microneedling roller was straightforward. The tiny needles gently stimulate the scalp, promoting blood circulation and encouraging hair follicles to grow. It didn't hurt at all, and I actually found the process quite relaxing. I recommend using a scalp oil, i used rosemary oil.After a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed new hair growth in areas that had been thinning before. This scalp derma roller is very easy for me to use, and it’s comfortable on my scalp as well because it isn’t painful to use at all. I like the size of the roller and it’s nice and lightweight and comfortable for me to hold. It’s very straightforward to use and I do think it is helping me with my dry and itchy scalp. It’s easy for me to clean in between uses and it’s a nice design and style. It’s not caused any irritation or discomfort to my scalp either and I’m pleased with the quality of it. The roller is very strong, sturdy and durable so it should last and I’m pleased that it comes with a case so it’s easy for me to store. I’ve not had any problems or issues with using it and it does exactly what I needed it to do so I do happily recommend it. The value for money is very good and it gets a thumbs up from me.

I've used a scalp roller for some time (3/4 times a week for 10 mins or so), and believe it has improved / maintained the quality of my hair in combination with topical products. This 0.25mm roller is a reliable and efficient way to work regular rolling into your haircare regime without too much discomfort, the very modest 0.25mm being around the optimum length for the process.Most importantly, the body of the roller is made from tough plastic that withstands scalding for sanitisation very well - I always scald mine with a drop of antiseptic and let it air-dry before use, and there's been no issue at all with that. What also helps is the washable plastic case that comes with it, so you can keep it clean in storage between uses.I can't fault it - if you're replacing an existing roller, or want to give derma-rolling a try, this is a quality addition to your grooming care box for under twenty quid.
