Great laptop
Excellent laptop, Exactly as described, the case and screen are as new, and operates perfectly. One year warranty, great value for money, delivered promptly and well packaged. Highly recommended

Battery issues over time
Battery life went down to about a minute after 6 months. Then I just left it plugged in all the time and then the battery started turning off randomly and saying it wasn't charging when it was. Other than that, the laptop has been great and has worked well, but I would avoid and buy a different one if I could go back in time.

It runs flawlessly, looks great and I love the compact size. It was in near perfect condition on its arrival. Battery life is excellent and it runs fast. No issues.

A great little Dell PC
This computer arrived the day after my previous 1 star review which was written because I was annoyed at its late delivery. Now that it has arrived, I have tested it extensively and I am delighted with it!

Lasted less than a year!
Worked well for first 10 months then stopped working! Errors with battery/ hard drive/ constant crashing / black screen of death and squealing. No warranty or back up regarding issues so very expensive purchase for less than a years use. Dissapointing.

Like a New computer
I was initially hesitant about ordering a renewed laptop, but the Amazon guarantee gave me the confidence to give it a try. It turned out to be a great decision. The laptop looks brand new, with no visible marks, and it works perfectly. I likely paid less than half of what a brand-new model would cost. Very pleased with my purchase.
