I bought these a couple of month before having to complete the Yorkshire 3 peaks of 25 miles with the plan of breaking them in before hand. I did not break them in and had the dread of thinking this was the biggest mistake ever. It was not. These boots were fantastic for support, comfort and look. No water in at all and only wearing them on the day of the challenge I cannot believe that I have no blisters and the only part of me not hurting is my feet.I am not recommending not breaking them in though just found them so comfortable through the full 25 miles.

I measure at a 5 but because my feet are wide I usually get a 6. My toe was all the way to the end and they were small top to bottom

These shoes don't make well fitting gloves and aren't much good as a hat. They do however make good foot attire.

I have bought Karrimore boots for years I have found them very comfortable and hard wearing. I bought a pair on amazon they arrived and fitted comfortabley ( I always buy my boots in store but due to COVID the stores are shut). The pair I bought I used on my allotment. Wearing these same types of boots for many years I thought they would be excellent as they are waterproof,hard wearing and comfy. I do not wear them on daily bases only on my allotment.A couple of weeks in I could feel the ground through my left boot. I thought it was a bit odd but I still used them.I then bought two more pairs one pair to keep in my caravan and the other pair for daily use. I have worn my caravan karrimore boots for four days not for climbing up mountains just general public footpaths walks. On the second day I could feel the ground I wore them next day the problem got slightly worse now today my fourth day they are so uncomfortable I can feel everything under my foot water is seeping in slightly and the the problem is now starting on my right foot. The left inside sole has worn through on the lining so basically I am walking on the rubber sole this is why I can feel the floor ( no padding left !!!)This is so disappointing karrimore boots use to last me ages I used to where them on a daily bases through all sorts of weather. These boots are nowhere near as hard wearing as they used to be Four full days of wearing and the best place for them is the bin.. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

So far my new boots have been very comfy and warm and waterproof in wet, long grass. I'm a wide 7 and these 8's are perfect with two pairs of socks. The padded tongue and collar are lovely.They're used for dog walking in the countryside.The only thing I don't like as much is the fabric loops the laces go through before the final metal cleats. I'm having to stop myself hauling on my laces for fear of ripping them. Otherwise great.Good value for money.

They arrived sooner that expected. I don't usually buy footwear online as experience tells that they won't fit. However, I am really pleased to say that these are a great fit and comfortable. The heel is rubbing a little but I expect that with new shoes, the material at the toe is a bit hard but I think that will ease with wear. I wore them in the house for a few days to break them in a bit and have only worn them out a couple of times. I have been in damp grass rather than wet so can't yet comment on the water proofing. I read some comments about them not staying waterproof but the instructions that come with them do advise that you use some sort of waterproofing protection to keep them in good condition.

They were good to start with, really comfortable! However after not even a year of having them they have started to leak and tear sadly!

These boots arrived today, great quality and I imagine would be comfortable, but they are tiny!I am normally a size 5-5.5 so bought a size 6 as there are no half sizes, thinking that would be fine for thicker socks! However, I’d struggle with no socks! 🙁 Unfortunately I will be returning them.
