This is my favorite shampoo I hate that it's so pricy for the size but love it enough to buy it

Dry and brittle
I have hair to my waist. Very long and fine. The shampoo dried my hair out so bad it was hard to comb through. For days my hair remained dry and brittle. Even the conditioner was not as described and did not moisturize. Disappointed.I used Pantene products years ago without issues. Did Pantene change the formula?

The conditioner itself is a great product it's the seller the seller never responded to me the seller's never answered me the seller has never shipped it I've been waiting since the middle of December for this item
