I wore these in the army and they are fantastic boots, so when I realized chippewa was expensive and hurting my back, I went back to these. They're super comfortable on concrete and outside. They last me months longer than any other boot I've purchased.

They fit as expected. After wearing them awhile to break them in, they feel comfy and secure enough to wear them for work and etc..

After a year of abusing this pair of boots, its main construction is still intact while the leather on the toes are a little worn away, other than that, these boots are great for me when working 8-10hr shifts where I'm mostly standing for most of the shift. From the steel toe protection saving my toes numerous times to being the boots I would wear even while going out, it's my favorite boots for work and casual outings.

I got issued a pair during school for a program I was in, they were the 550s, they lasted me 5 years so I had to get me another pair. Since I work outside I wanted to get steel toe and waterproof for obvious reasons. I’m usually a size 11.5 but I orded a size 11 due to multiple reviews saying order a half size smaller and I agree, coming from someone who buys a lot of shoes and cares about comfort and stability. I was upset that when I was lacing them a hook came off which you can see I’m the photo. I guess I’ll just have to super glue it back because I really need them and dont have the time to wait for another pair to come in. I can’t say they feel heavy, they feel nice and comfortable. I can tell it’ll take about a week or two to break them in. They got dilivered within 3 days, very quick. I think that’s about all, Hope this helps!

I'm very happy with this pair of boots. I use them regularly at work, and having a pair of boots that's waterproof up to the tongue of the boots has proved to be an incredible asset. The steel toe goes far back enough that a steel bed-frame being dropped on my foot protects my toes completely, much better than some boots I've seen where the steel is a bit shorter than my toe area. These were a little bit rough for the first couple of days to break in, leaving my feet and ankles sore from the level of stiffness in the boots, but now that they're broken-in they are flexible and very comfortable to wear. These are indeed the non-insulated variety of Gortex'd boots, and I've found that in 83 degree heat, they are surprisingly breathable. I feared that because they were waterproof, they wouldn't allow enough airflow to enter the boot to cool down my feet, though thus far I've been pleasantly surprised at how well these are able to handle very hot humid weather without overheating my feet. The build quality is very high overall, and I expect that these boots will last me at least 4-5 years if not a bit longer

I hardly ever write reviews. However, this boot is worth it. It’s not the most comfortable or most attractive (they're not ugly, it’s just that they’re bland). I work outside I’m not military so keep that in mind for this review. That being said, I definitely put them through their paces daily, and they have held up remarkably well. I’m used to buying $100 boots every year and then barely squeaking by at the end. These boots are extremely well constructed and durable. My feet feel safe! There’s a small break-in period but they were comfortable from the getgo. USA made, sweatshop free! Goretex! Highly recommended!

I've worn almost nothing but Belleville Boots since 2008, but this will likely be the last pair I order. The soles are slippery on any smooth floor, even when dry. They squeak like crazy, the insoles don't fit the boot right, the mold wasn't properly cut off so they look absolutely terrible, I could complain for days, but I think I'll just try to get my money back and see if I can't find something else.

Brought these for my hubby as the uniform was changed he said they are very comfortable as he is on his feet all day... shipped fast and is true to size. Purchased these in a 9.5 men’s for a slim to average width. He can still wear two pairs of scold if needed with these.
