I have been taking these for a while now and yeha I can’t say I have noticed anything. The good news is that I have had no adverse affects. I know with most supps you have to be very consistent and I have been but I still haven’t noticed anything. Maybe some time down the line or after a few more bottles but I just can’t say at the moment. Besides that I mean it looks and feels like it’s quality ingredient but can’t fully recommend 100%If by the end of the bottle I notice anything else I’ll make sure to update

I’m not sure if this helped with my allergies like I was told it would, but it definitely upset My stomach gave me gas, diarrhea, really bad stomach pains, and bloating.
