Wanted a real pinball table, but price of those was very much a turn off. $10,000? No thank you! Also after much reasearch, pinball tables are very high maintenance, costing a lot of time and money in just upkeep. I wanted something simple with no maintenance required and this machine is it.The reason I decided to get this over the cheaper 1up table was the options to modify this unit were more readily available. Different backboard options as well as haptic feedback kits for this unit are available that I didn't see for the 1up tables.The only complaint I have is the haptic feedback that comes with the table is quite weak and I have to constantly sign-in for my scores to push to the leaderboards. My password is very complicated so this is a hassle. But it plays great, and looks great.Tables that come with it are mostly good, (some are terrible), and I am getting ready to mod it so I can stream tables for it from my laptop.Love this machine!

It was a great value for the money!

We absolutely love this pinball machine. Such a great value compared to other companies.The ability to add game is great and with the AtGames website it's so easy to download and start playing a new table in minutes.The build quality is very nice and it is so easy to put together. Our cabinet had minor shipping damage and customer service was so helpful and quick to get us a new part out right away.Such a great company they really have it figured out!!

This was very easy to put together & set up. The only assistance I needed was to set it right side up once putting the legs on. The games are fun, load quickly & it's easy to forget it is a virtual pinball game as it is very realistic. The only issue I've found is that on a couple of the pinball games is that if the 1st player gets a high score where your initials can be entered, that the sound will no longer work for the next players. Once the game is restarted the sound comes back on again.

Love this thing the quality is top notch, Now I’m not a tech nerd so I’m sure the graphics speed 4k or whatever blah blah is not as good as others gamers would say, if you just want to have a very nice looking game to have fun with this is it lots of games on it and is expandable. Love it!

The packaging was very good . No damage for such a large item, I was happy about that. The game was easy to setup. I had some addons and they installed very easy as well. The games are very good, response time for flippers and ball push is very good.

I received a return label and the ups label tracking says they refused to take the package. I go this machine it did not work from day 1 I did what they said I sent the main computer board and they sent a new one machine still does not work and I go back to Amazon to start a return they refuse box. What the heck is wrong with this company. 800 dollars for a broken machine and can't get my money back or a machine that works.i am going to solve it 7 news don't ever buy from this company
