It's the stuff for your VW pop-up

All you need to do to get the effect above is ; 1) Make sure your roof is completely clean and dry beforehand. 2) Apply the product neat with a decent unused paint brush. You will notice discolouration and you saturate the roof with it along with a strong solvent smell ( so don’t do in enclosed areas such as garages) but the discolouration goes after an hour or so and the smell will go after a few days once the solvent has evaporated. 3) admire as dust can now be brushed off with a microfibre cloth and the water beading is long lasting, should last at least 12 months

We use this regularly on our convertible. It's cheap, quick and easy to apply and works better than some of the more specific products designed for soft top cars. Once applied you get a lovely beading of water on the roof, that simply blows off as you drive. Just re-apply every few months, and it works a treat.

Great for topping up around seams on jackets/ tents etc. Easy to use and I also gave my motorcycle jeans a coating and it did actually add a little water repellency for those light showers.

It covered four down Jackets before it ran out, so not a lot in a can, I will have to wait and see how good it is if I'm caught out in the rain. I will update this post later if need be.

I use Fabsil Gold every year on my soft top sports car roof. This aerosol is easier and quicker to apply than the painted on option. Both work well, to maintain rain beading and waterproofing qualities, while keeping the roof looking clean and black, for a whole year.
