These things are great in a simulator. They make hitting driver and any other tee shot so much better than trying to use regular tees or the rubber tees you so often see at the range. They hold the ball at a consistent height that you can choose, and you can set them anywhere on your mat. They're designed as little baskets, making it such that they don't interfere with radar systems. I've had not problems with the tees interfering. The manufacturer does recommend that you choose certain colors for your type of sim.

Didn’t keep these because I didn’t want to keep chasing them but if you don’t mind that part they are of super quality and you will be quite happy.

This new version doesn't tear apart like the older ones. There is more webbing, and it's in the right places.

Real tough . Used over 15 rounds. No sign of wear

I have gone through several of the rubber tees that rip and tear. These are more flexible but still sturdy. The price is hefty but if they last, they will be worth it. I have had them for about a week now and seem to be holding up very well.
