Faulty product waste of money
Faulty Product bought it on 16th March 2024 and than stopped cooling after 2 months. Called blue star service guy and he told me that there was a valve issue and rectified but than the rainy season started so didn’t tried that time much running the AC and now again in summer season when started same issue, stopped cooling.

Amazing AC & Best AC remote
This is my 3rd Bluestar AC and it’s superb. The cooling is very good and almost very low noise. Compared to my other brand AC the remote is so easy to use. The remote is so easy to use even for elders with less cluttered design you can easily operate in the night even without looking at the remote.

I’ve been using this AC for for around 6 months now. I am very satisfied it. It cools in very less time and also power consumption is very less. I would definitely recommend everyone to buy this product.

Defective product
I bought an AC from Bluestar within a year there is a leakage found in indoor unit,they patched the leakage with free of cost and now after warranty same problem raise again but this time coil leakage found in unit, customer care saring there is no warranty for coil,disappointed never try to buy products online they are sending defective products which can last one year.
